Around the corner from Haymarket station in Edinburgh you'll find Distillery Lane and next to some flats a bloomin' huge chimney! This is all that remains of Caledonian distillery now. Well, almost... some delicious single grain whisky survives too! Climb to the top of that chimney and admire the view across the city to the Firth of Forth. That would be dangerous though (and naughty), so we've drawn it for you. You're welcome.
Nose: Fruity with honeydew melon and banana. Porridge with a dollop of honey.
Palate: Creamy citrus and grass vanilla notes. A subtle savoury hint starts to grow at the core.
Finish: Vanilla and a lasting hint of warming Christmas spice.
