The label on our bottling of Bladnoch takes a closer look at yeast cells, and a much more broad look at the Andromeda galaxy. A pitch of yeast has (approximately) the same number of yeast cells as the Andromeda galaxy has stars. Oh dear, now we've made ourselves think about how small we are in the universe. Not again.
Nose:Caramel, robust citrus and a touch of savoury spice. Maybe even a hint of Turkish Delight.
Palate: A big bundle of baked goods, with some citrus blossom notes developing later on the mid-palate.
Finish: Fizzy orange sweeties and some spicy malt.
