That Rick is a good guy indeed. He's helped quite a few people through quite a tough situation, and look at him now - Rick's putting out a rick made of sugar maple! Wonder what you could do with all the charcoal from that sugar maple... Anyway, we've bottled a Tennessee bourbon whisky from an undisclosed distillery. Surely all those words we said before that sentence couldn't have anything to do with this whisky. Sorry for being off-topic.

Tasting notes:

Nose:  Treacle, burnt sugar and tobacco, with a light smokiness (or perhaps that's auto-suggesting from the label?).

Palate: Melted butter, runny honey and mature oak. Plum raisin notes impart a rich fruitiness.

Finish: Lingering barrel char and dates.
