Wonder what you could do with all the charcoal from that sugar maple... Anyway, we've bottled a Tennessee bourbon whisky from an undisclosed distillery. Nose: Treacle, burnt sugar and tobacco, with a light smokiness (or perhaps that's auto-suggesting from the label?).
Palate: Melted butter, runny honey and mature oak. Plum raisin notes impart a rich fruitiness.
