Bavarian single malt here from the Slyrs distillery! The label shows a joyous scene in a beer hall from the Oktoberfest, complete with a big ol' boat on which a band plays to the crowd! The Slyrs Head Distiller Hans is chatting to one of the punters in the massive crowd. "Bist du der Whisky-Mixer?"

Tasting notes:

Nose: Apple slices dipped in honey, freshly cut grass, a few hints of peach.

Palate: Sticky caramel, peppery barley, chocolate digestives and lemongrass.

Finish: Gingerbread and caramel, plus a hint of apple.
