Tasting Notes

Nose: A delicate nose with subtle hints of oak and honey. There’s apples and pepper too.
Taste: The apple notes come through on the palate too, with a pinch of pepper intermingled with brown sugar.
Finish: A lingering spicy finish - there’s more pepper, a chilli warmth and a hint of cardamom too.
