Similar to Blended Malt #1, this is hardly a blended malt at all. In fact it’s almost exclusively Speyside single malt from one of the most popular distilleries in the world that’s been ‘teaspooned’ (that to say, an imperceptible amount of another well-loved single malt has been added). All hail the spoon once again!
Nose: Creamy and aromatic with spiced sultanas and a little cooked banana.
Palate: Earthy spice, custard and soft oak with mango and fig rolls.
